Services
Individual Coaching

During one-to-one coaching, I'll partner with you to identify core values, challenge limiting beliefs and thinking patterns so you can align your actions with the life you truly want and deserve.  I'll support you by asking powerful questions and working with the parts of yourself that hold you back, to create awareness about your inner narratives, gain new perspectives and connect with your well-being, to move from insight to action. 

My approach integrates strength based, values driven, and presence - based inquiry to get to know parts of yourself that may sabatoge change, and to recognize your inner resources so that you can move forward with purpose and clarity.

I coach by zoom and phone allowing me to work with people worldwide. In- person coaching is available to those in the Madison, Wisconsin area.

Individualized Retreats

I'll guide you to retreat from day-to-day demands, to connect with an inner spaciousness and awareness. 

Taking time for retreat, allows you to re-connect with your well being, and to listen deeply to your inner guidance.

 

There are options for half day or full day retreat.

Meditation Guide

I offer Anytime Anywhere Meditation (AAM) classes, a practical and accessible path to resilience and greater ease. You'll learn meditation techniques rooted in ancient wisdom and backed by modern science, helping you cultivate balance and clarity during challenging times. You'll gain tools to manage stress, anxiety and difficult emotions through these meditative techniques.

About Me

I find great joy in partnering with others to create the life they want. I take a holistic approach toward coaching, incorporating what I have learned as a mental health professional and meditation practitioner / teacher.  I believe that at times we all need a "thought partner" or someone from outside of our inner circle, who sees us with fresh eyes in our wholeness - someone to help us connect with our authentic self in new ways, and to challenge old patterns and see new perspectives. 

 

With my combined experience in coaching, counseling, social work, and advocacy, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, manage overwhelm, grief or feelings of not being enough, in order to move from insight to action for growth and sustainable change.

​Through my own experience of living with generational trauma and anxiety, I have a keen awareness of how limiting beliefs may lead us to “shelter in place" within our own habits formed early in life.  I've found that coaching and meditation create new relationships with our beliefs, building more spacious and joyful ways of being with our experience.  

Using my professional and personal experience, I'll partner with you to adjust course and to step into a more authentic way of being, to access your full creative, capable and resourceful self.

I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation, am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. I'm also a former Reiki practitioner, Certified Social Worker.

I find inspiration in connecting with others, traveling near and far, being in nature, outdoor adventuring, studying Budhist psychology, making music and time in retreat. My greatest joy is being with my daughter, family and friends.
